1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the se999 website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at se999.bet.
• "se999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the se999 Platform, which holds an international gaming licence.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration with se999.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within a User's Account.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sports event, casino game, or other betting product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive offered by se999 to Users.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under se999's compliance obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency of the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and se999.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting se999 customer support.

se999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to registered Users.

3 Eligibility & Registration

Use of the se999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. se999 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will not permit access to any person under this age under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
3. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
4. You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prohibit you from using online betting or casino services.
5. You must not already hold an existing active or suspended Account with se999. Only one Account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted.
6. You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party.

se999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

4 Account Management

Upon successful registration and verification, se999 will provide you with access to a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account management:

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, except where such activity results from a fault attributable solely to se999.
• You must keep your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential. You must not share these with any third party.
• You must notify se999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• se999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an Account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or that continued Account operation presents a compliance risk.
• Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months — may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee. se999 will provide advance notice before applying any such fee.
• Upon Account closure, any verified balance remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on se999 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and bank transfer. se999 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Users.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. se999 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your Account, unless prior written approval has been granted by se999 compliance. This is a fraud-prevention measure and is strictly enforced.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by se999 at any time.
• se999 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges, for which se999 bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. se999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of any amount.
• Where se999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct, we reserve the right to freeze Wallet balances and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all Bets placed on the se999 Platform. Product-specific rules for sports betting, live casino, and slot games are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• All Bets are final once confirmed. se999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a Bet after it has been placed and accepted by the Platform, except where se999 determines that a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game configuration, se999 reserves the right to void any affected Bets and refund stakes to the relevant Wallets. A manifest error is one that a reasonable person would have identified as clearly incorrect at the time of placing the Bet.
• se999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any individual Bet or combination of Bets, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• Winnings from settled Bets are credited to your Wallet promptly following the settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• Where the outcome of an event is disputed or subject to external review (for example, in cases of match-fixing investigations), se999 reserves the right to withhold settlement until a final determination is made by the relevant authority.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or withdrawn at any time during a live event due to technical, legal, or operational reasons. Bets placed prior to such suspension remain valid unless otherwise determined by se999.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

se999 may from time to time offer Bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Users. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games or markets will be stated in the specific terms of each promotion at the time the offer is made.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Only one Bonus may be active in your Account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. se999 actively monitors Bonus usage patterns and reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus where it determines that the Bonus is being exploited, abused, or used as part of a coordinated strategy to extract value without genuine recreational intent.
• se999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn before you have claimed it, no claim will be accepted.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash value outside of the applicable wagering completion process.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the se999 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Placing Bets or engaging in any activity on the Platform on behalf of a third party without prior written consent from se999.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to access the Platform, place Bets, or exploit any aspect of the games or markets offered.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or any technical vulnerability of the Platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party in a manner that gives any party an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event, casino game, or other betting product offered on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing se999 staff or other Users through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the se999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data feeds, and design elements — is the exclusive property of se999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written authorisation from se999.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use the se999 brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any context without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, se999 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity, which is an inherent risk you accept by using the Platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond se999's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits se999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. se999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

se999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the se999 Privacy Policy.

se999 collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have rights in relation to your personal data, including rights of access, correction, and in certain circumstances, erasure. To exercise any of these rights, please contact se999 support at [email protected].

12 Responsible Gaming

se999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The following tools and policies are in place to support Users who may be experiencing difficulties with their gambling behaviour:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time through Account settings or by contacting support.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set reminders or automatic session time limits to manage the duration of their Platform sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, access to betting and casino products is restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic on-screen notifications reminding Users of the duration of their current session and total net wagering activity.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Where changes are material — for example, changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a User — se999 will provide notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which se999 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and se999, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting se999 customer support. se999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established by se999's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available on request from se999 support.

Nothing in this clause prevents se999 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent any prohibited conduct described in Section 8.
